Application:

This machine is designed for shaping, cutting and packaging rectangular and square chewy candies in bottom fold style or end fold style. The machine can pack the candy piece with one or two layer wax papers.

Features:

1. It has the function of "no candy no paper feeding". The machine will stop when candies are jammed, running out of packing paper or doors are openned.

2. Photocell tracking system is adopted to track and compenstate the paper to realize accurate paper cutting.

3. PLC and frequency inverter control.

4. Operation parameters can be set, revised and saved via the touch screen.

5. Advanced modular design, convenient machine maintenance and cleaning.

6. This machine can work together with extruder, cooling tunnel and stick packing machine to compose a complete production line.
